Full refund will be given via the same method as payment.
*Nursing Bras and baby carriers will incur a 10%-25% restocking fee. 10% will be charged if store credit is given for the return. 25% will be charged if cash or credit card return is requested*

Elegant Mommy, Inc will always offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely delighted with any part of your purchase, you have the option to return the items for a full refund*. A full refund will be given for all items that are NEW, have not been washed or worn since purchase, and all tags are still intact. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Elegant Mommy, Inc recommends returning items with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Any items can be returned using the following steps:
Repack item(s) into original packaging. If original packaging is not available, items must be carefully packaged in United States Postal Services approved packaging.
Notification should be made to Elegant Mommy via email or phone.
