We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your uncustomized item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All customized, seasonal, and discontinued items are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Elegant Mommy recommends returning items with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. Please note that we treat these on a case-by-case basis, therefore the return is not guaranteed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishables, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for your return(s) minus shipping and handling, on your original payment method within 10 business days once the item(s) is in our possession. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
