Lacta-biotic™ can be taken during late-term pregnancy and during all stages of life, but as with any dietary supplement, please consult with a skilled lactation professional and/or your physician before using this product especially if you are pregnant, nursing, experiencing nipple or breast pain or otherwise under medical supervision.
Take one (1) capsule daily, with food or between meals.
Lactobacillus fermentum (CECT5716), Maltodextrin, hypromellose (capsule), and magnesium stearate.
