Massage oil: This nourishing light oil absorbs easily on skin.

~Cradle Cap - massage all over scalp and allow to rest for 30min-1hr before bath time. Gently wipe away the dead skin flakes. Repeat as needed.

~Bath: Add one teaspoon of oil to a warm bath for silky skin. Warning: tub may be slippery!

~Body and scalp: Use oil in place of lotion for skin, or add to scalp 30 minutes prior to washing your hair for a deep conditioning treatment!
