This blend of herbs will promote the healing process of hemorrhoids, and perineal tears. The herbs will help reduce inflammation and swelling, increase resistance to infection, repair tissues, and ease pain. Great for baby too, as it helps heal umbilical stump.
Place one tea bag into warm bath. For better results: steep in hot water for 30 minutes, add to water in tub. You may soak a small cloth in steeped tea and apply directly to perineum area or sore nipples. Soak in a sitz bath 1-2 times a day for 3-4 days.
